Site Survey

An on-site survey is preformed at your installation location. This provides the crucial difference between excessive equipment or just the right blend of equipment to complete the mission and stay within budget. We offer a full on-site analysis of terrain, infrastructure and deployment strategies. Working with your security staff, we will develop a detailed scope of work and a deployment plan for quick implementation. We have virtual site assessments available for most locations. Both on-site and virtual assessments require moderate interaction with your final operational team.

Installation

Often, we find that our customers require a turnkey solution installed quickly and efficiently. Keep your staff on track and allow us to install your system to our exacting specifications. We will ensure that your system is up and running in the shortest time possible. We encourage interaction from your team during this process in order to ensure that any custom modifications are completed to your satisfaction. We believe that by including your team during this process, we begin to build a working relationship that will last for years.

System Training (Train the Trainer)

Complete system training is available for all Ground Scout equipment and individual components. We're committed to ensuring your success to maintain and operate your Ground Scout system. We will ensure that you have a full understanding and working knowledge of each component as well as overall system operations. On-site, as well as factory training down to the component level is available. Training is limited to two persons per session in order to ensure maximum hands on experience.

Annual Maintenance Agreement

Our highly trained staff will ensure that all components of your system are up and running to maximize your surveillance operation. Annual, semiannual and periodic system maintenance agreements are available for all Ground Scout equipment. We will quickly evaluate each component and offer suggestions to ensure that you receive the most benefit for your investment for years to come.
